Since all Sales are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at Cheyenne@Cheyenneswensonmodeling.com . We do not accept defective or incorrect items for a refund after 7 days of you receiving. Please send us an email with your order number, details of the product, image of the defective part, and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.

I always look forward to the Poster of the Month. The photos are always beautiful. They are shipped quickly and arrive in great shape. There is always good communication regarding my orders. And the best part is the personal touches that come with every picture! I look forward to adding more posters to my collection.
Loved the picture as usual. The only problem is with the delivery. The postal carries ignores the "Do Not Bend" writing on the envelope. I have a medium size mailbox but there is a 48 quart Rubbermaid tub about 10 feet away with UPS, FEDEX and USPS Packages on It.
The picture is absolutely beautiful and Cheyanne picks the perfect spot to sign the picture so she doesn’t block any of the stuff people want to see
